Large and in charge, Sea La Vie is the perfect fit for you and your family this vacation season!  This stunning  four bedroom, three and a half bathroom home is located just three blocks from the premier, residential Croatan Beach. The neighborhood sits elegantly amidst palm trees with Virginia Beach’s finest restaurants within a five-minute drive!

Not only is Sea La Vie a vacationer's dream, it is also a cook's paradise. Equipped with a Thermador oven, stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops, and custom cabinets, the kitchen is sure to be a place for gathering and making memories with your family!

Your group can spread out and enjoy one of the three decks attached to the house.  Eat al fresco on the top deck, which features a large Kingsley-Bate teak wood dining set, the finest handcrafted outdoor teak wood furniture in the world. Take in the fresh sea air, or spend time together in the expansive living area. Outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand opens into a lovely garden. All guests are welcome to enjoy fresh figs from the fig trees in the back yard. You'll have all you need for the perfect beach vacation. 

City health rules limit occupancy to 3 persons per bedroom. Bedding represents flexibility in sleeping, not occupancy

Linen package includes fresh sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each guest. Towel sets include: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. Additional linens can be rented through our in-house linen company if desired.

EPA certified cleaning products used with provided cleaning service!

Parking: up to 4-5 vehicles in the driveway.

Sorry, no pets. Elevator not for guest use.

  Kitchen is my favorite part. Equipped w/any and everything you would need. Easy beach access and close to boardwalk and food...especially an array of different kinds of ice cream! House was comfy for 3 families with 3 young children 7-9.

It was perfect for a long weekend getaway with friends with enough space to fit everyone comfortably and a short walk around the corner to the beach.   The house was in a good location. Its listed as 5 bedrooms but really 4 because there is a futon not bed in 5th room. 3 TVs in home but only 1 worked, we were without tv for 3 days. Furniture not comfortable (leather) dining room dated. Too many steps (renters not allowed to use elevator). Could use deep cleaning. There was mold around bottom of fridge on rubber and mold smell in laundry area.the shower curtain liners were reused. You would think with covid they would be new. The mgmt company was professional & nice but I guess these things were out of their control.

  The house was very clean and well maintained. The oven racks were not properly installed and the item I was baking would almost fall out when I opened the oven. My husband fixed the racks then there was no problem. All other appliances were in fine working condition. The walk to the beach was not bad and the beach itself was enjoyable. We liked the location and the neighborhood of the house. The management company was friendly, professional and responded quickly to my emails. There was a damaged lamp in the smaller bedroom on the 2nd floor, like the cord was ripped or chewed off. Otherwise a perfect home for a family beach vacation.

  My friends and I were looking for a relaxing beach getaway and were lucky enough to stay at Sea La Vie for a long weekend! There were enough bedrooms so that all nine of us slept comfortably without stepping over each other. The large kitchen is also fabulous if you want to stay in and cook. And, the upstairs porch allows for a relaxing place to dine outside. Lastly, the location could not be better -- just a short walk to the beach!

  We absolutely loved the house. Well stocked, well furnished, clean, kitchen has awesome appliances and it's an easy walk to the beach. Would be giving it 5 stars if not for the alarm system.
  
  It is on a BIG BEEP setting every time ANY door opens to the outside, so if you have a large family with 3 different wake up/nap/evening walk schedules and then a dog you better be liking the BIG LOUD BEEP. Grandparents awake at 6am. BEEP. Dog walk 6:30am. BEEP.Kids wake up 7am. BEEP. Dog returns from walk. BEEP. NON STOP. Owner has been informed, yet politely declined to work with ADT to resolve. Too sad. Due to BEEP being located in the master bedroom and in the main hallway echoing all over the house most of us felt quite underslept by the end of the week.
  
  Sadly will not return unless can get a confirmation in writing that this has been resolved. Owner really needs to realize this is a significant issue.

  This home was great for our family. The kitchen was a dream to work in. We were very thankful that there was a gate at the top of the stairs to keep our 1 1/2 year old grand daughter from falling. The outside furniture was great. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed just lounging on the top floor in the evenings-watching movies. We have booked renting this property for 2017.

  I was looking for a quiet rental that was just a short walk to the water and where I could listen to the ocean waves crashing from the deck. This place has it and more! A 2 minute walk to the ocean where the sand was clean and the crowds small. It's what you hope for when visiting the beach. The rental's three stories are extremely spacious and beautifully furnished. You can easily fit a large family. Every room has what you need. The house was also VERY clean, which I really appreciate. I felt every detail was taken care of. The house has a warm feeling to it. My family and I felt very much at home here. I will definitely check this place for availability next time we head to VA Beach.

  Overall just outstanding. I live just outside Philadelphia, and I try to get my family down to VA Beach about every summer or so. The home is beautiful and roomy, and the location is just blocks away from the private residential beach.
  
  If you've never been to Croatan Beach, can't beat it.. The beach is clean, spacious and perfectly removed -- though not too far away -- from the more congested touristy boardwalk.
  
  Would highly recommend this. I've rented all around the area and can honestly say I've never felt so comfortably at home, while doing the family beach vacation. The home has everything you need - balcony for grilling, perfect kitchen set up, comfy beds, well-lit open living areas.. Great experience!

  This huge home simply unfolds as you enter. While we were mere minutes to the first restaurants in VA beach, we enjoyed cooking on the Thermidor range and sipping our wine on the deck each evening.
  
  The home is immaculately clean and is finely appointed with everything and anything a renter might wish to have. The furnishings are all first class. It does not have the beat up and worn look of some other beach houses, but is pristine and luxurious.
  
  And, yes, our border collie loved it! She's a smart dog and knows a good value. We're coming back here in summer.
