Located in the Mai Kai Condominiums, make yourself at home in this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit - right across the street from the beach! This property is also a short drive to the excitement of the Boardwalk Area. The beautiful Mai Kai pool is right outside your back door! Amenities also include: Flat Screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Access to the Pool, washer and dryer access, and Central AC.

Linens are included in this rental!

Linens package includes fresh sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for 6 guests. Towel sets include: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. Additional linens can be rented through our in-house linen company if desired.

City health regulations limit occupancy to 3 persons per bedroom. Bedding represents flexibility in sleeping, not occupancy.

EPA certified cleaning products used with provided cleaning service!

  It was great! Loved the layout of the room, perfect for parents and a set of teenagers, we all had our own space and bathrooms! Easy to find, good location to beach and boardwalk.

  The condo was nice and clean. Easy walk to the beach with 2 toddlers. Pool was very nice. We were within 5 minutes of the boardwalk area. We also found a nice little beach. In First Landing State Park (less than 10 minutes away) that was perfect for toddlers because the water was shallow and waves were mild. I was disappointed that the condo did not have the washer and dryer as was described in the description when I booked because it was one of the reasons I chose this condo.

  Enjoyed the location, close enough to the beach to be there in just a few minutes. For our family with 2 small children, the yard area was wonderful. Easy access to the community pool and the residents were very helpful and friendly. The only recommendation I would make would be to provide a few more pots and pans for cooking, along with potholders.

  This property needs some updating especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. However, the location which was an easy walk to the beach and the property pool was a major plus for our stay. The management company made check-in/out very easy.
