Welcome to your five-bedroom ocean-view retreat, just one street back from the captivating waves and steps away from residential Croatan beach access. This open and bright home spans three floors, providing a perfect getaway for your vacation. Spend leisurely hours outdoors on one of the three decks, each offering a stunning ocean view. The large pool, surrounded by a spacious patio and enclosed in a white fence, creates an ideal setting for entertaining.

The spacious and open kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and an abundance of cooking and serving items, ensures enjoyable and easy meal preparation. A generous dining room invites shared meals, and with two gas grills—one poolside and the other on the third level near the kitchen—outdoor cooking becomes a breeze. This home is laden with amenities that will make you feel at home away from home.

On the first floor, discover two bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with two sets of bunk beds (three twins and one queen) and a sleeper sofa. The second floor features two bedrooms with queen beds and the master bedroom with a king bed. Lastly, a fourth-floor "escape" room with a large deck and a fantastic view can serve as an office or an additional guest bedroom.

Access a large garage filled with various beach items for your enjoyment during your stay. The house boasts eight flat-screen TVs, DVD players, a billiard table, a Foosball table, games, books, and more, ensuring there's never a dull moment.

City health regulations stipulate an occupancy limit of three persons per bedroom, emphasizing the flexibility of bedding configurations for optimal sleeping arrangements.

The linens are included, with fresh sheets and pillowcases for each bed, along with a towel set for each guest—comprising one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth. Additional linens can be rented through our in-house linen company if desired.

Rest easy knowing that EPA certified cleaning products are utilized during the provided cleaning service.

Parking is convenient with space for up to 4-5 vehicles in the driveway.

  Had a great week, although dodged a few raindrops.
  House was great with just a few minutes walk to the beach.. everything was there bikes, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, .. fully stocked kitchen as well!
  Plenty to do , pool, pool table, foosbal, games, books! Just bring your bathing suit, that’s all you need! Fantastic house!

  Property had a great location, a ton of space, and an optimal layout for our group of 10 adults and 2 kids. There were lots of beach and kitchen supplies, although many of the kitchen items needed to be rewashed before using. There was also supposed to be a mid-week pool cleaning that didn't occur, but there was a hurricane the week we were there so there may have been more pressing jobs elsewhere. Overall it was a great stay and a home we would consider renting again if we go back to Virginia Beach.

  A wonderful week with family in a great house, plenty of space for the 8 adults and four small children. Location is terrific, a short walk to the beach in a nice neighborhood. Spot is convenient for VA beach boardwalk and restaurants, close to water park, golf and aquarium. Spacious kitchen to accomodate cooks with everything you need. Nice deck on third and fourth floors for ocean views and star gazing. We really love this house, it works so well for our family. We alternate beach and pool daily, so the kids are all happy. Each couple has their own sleeping space and the kids have a great room, bunk beds, table, foosball and tv all to themselves. We have already made plans to return next year. Beach chair, toys and transporter to take them to the beach which is just around the corner.

  Our family gathered here to spend a week together. From grandparents to infants this place was just perfect. It had everything that we needed, a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor space, a nice sized family space off the kitchen, a great pool, bikes and chairs for all, beach supplies, linens, we had a wonderful time. Close to the boardwalk and aquarium and restaurants. The beach is great just a short walk away. Anchor realty was a pleasure to work with, quick response to any question we had.

  Overall, great stay. Place was clean and ready for us. We were able to get in a little early which was appreciated. Location was great to events and especially the short walk to the beach. Had some issues with dryer not working well, stove top was an issue at times and some light switches didn't work, overall very good and would definately go back.

  This is our 2nd year staying that this great Croatan property. My family
  Loves the size of the house, location and proximity to the beach. The house is always clean when we arrive. The kids love the pool. My only recommendations for changes would be to add more pots and pans. The size of the few that were there were too small for cooking for large families (which is what you get in this size house). It also lacked cutting knives. Other than those minor things we enjoyed our stay and will rent again next year.
