This two bedroom, one bath home is ideal for groups of up to six guests and offers a comfortable and relaxing environment for everyone. Located in a cozy neighborhood, it is only four blocks away from the beautiful ocean waves and the vibrant Virginia Beach Boardwalk. You can take a leisurely evening stroll to your favorite local restaurant, unwind on the screened-in porch, or go shopping as the sun sets.

Even on rainy days, there is plenty to do nearby. The Virginia Aquarium is just a 10-minute drive away, offering an exciting experience for the whole family. And if you're looking for some adventure, the Rudee Inlet is only one block away, where you can find boat tours and jet-ski rentals.

For your convenience, our linens package includes fresh sheets and pillowcases for each bed, as well as a towel set for six guests. The towel set comprises one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth. If you require additional linens, our in-house linen company can provide them for you.

Please note that the occupancy of this property is limited to three persons per bedroom, in accordance with city health regulations. The bedding arrangements offer flexibility in sleeping arrangements, but occupancy should not exceed this limit.

We prioritize cleanliness and use EPA certified cleaning products when providing our cleaning service.

Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in this property.

  Our stay was great in this house. The location is about 4-5 blocks from the ocean/boardwalk and just a couple blocks to the harbor and restaurants. The house itself is clean and well-stocked with updated appliances, dishes, towels, and bedding. The beds themselves are comfortable (which is super important to us.) A great bonus is the screened porch in the back. It is like having an extra room to hang out in. Anchor Realty is easy to work with. Great stay!

  We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in great condition and in an excellent location - a quiet neighborhood with many cute homes and friendly neighbors. In addition to the spacious kitchen, we especially enjoyed the screened-in porch. We were just a few blocks' walk to several great restaurants along the boardwalk and beach access. Would highly recommend.

  The vacation rental was pleasant, we had a few hiccups with the cable not working but was remedied the next day. Although we liked the area of the home and that it was close to the NAS Oceana we don't think we will come back to VA Beach again. Sadly the clientle at the beach side hotels and condos were rather distasteful and we walked through plumes of marijuana smoke more then I'd like on a daily basis at times almost every five feet. The shops near the so called board walk were run down and the street was unpleasant and many homeless outside pandering for money. People were throwing lit cigarette butts on the beach and more then once a family almost stepped on one. I was very disheartened by the lack of care or concern by the community at large along with there actually being barely any police in sight with the amount of ppl around maybe it would have curbed the all day pot fest we found rather disgusting and my kids had to walk through and smell on a daily basis so sadly although the home was pretty nice we won't be back again due to the actions of others

  We have a lovely time. The house was in good condition and everything that you need to return the house in clean good conditions was provided. Location is perfect, just blocks away from the beach. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We had a small issue with the shower that was addressed and fixed immediately. We will definitely come back.

  I would highly recommend staying at this location. My family and I normally rent hotel rooms after renting this house we may continue renting houses for our vacation. The house was very accommodating and having a full kitchen with kids is a major plus. Very convenient having a washer and dryer saved me a lot of time. I will definitely be looking into Anchor reality in the future.

  The house was nicely renovated. It was walking distance to the beach. Near the dolphin tour boat ride. The Watermans resaurant was good. You will need to go further down the beach past the surfing area if you want to get in the water. The neighbor was very informative and nice. Read the fine print, bring your own paper products. The only negative was when I arrived, the main TV was not working so if you have small kids, you will have to find something else to do when they go to bed. After we reported it, still no replacement TV until the owner replaced it for the next renter.
