A GEM for sure! Located on 28th street this unit is an easy walk to the beach, local shops, and the city's best restaurants! This 2 bed, 2 bath beach condo is located on the first floor of the complex. The unit offers central A/C, a private balcony, and shared pool access for all condo residents. The first bedroom includes 1 twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, and shares a full hall bathroom with a standing shower. The second bedroom includes 1 queen bed with a private bathroom and tub. This unit can sleep 6 guests comfortably.

This unit is equipped with flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen! Guests are able to park up to 2 vehicles during their stay in the complex's private lot.

Linens package includes fresh sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for 6 guests. Towel sets include: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. Additional linens can be rented through our in-house linen company if desired.
Basic toiletries include: 3 rolls or bath tissue for each bathroom, 3 rolls of paper towels, 3 tall trash bags, and kitchen towels. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies if needed.

Guests are able to park up to 2 vehicles during their stay in the complex's private lot.


City health regulations limit occupancy to 3 persons per bedroom. Bedding represents flexibility in sleeping, not occupancy.

  This condo is in a great location in comfortable walking distance to do everything your family will want to do. My 5 year old son loved the bunk bed and asked for one at our house. It had everything we needed to be comfortable on out down times from everything in the kitchen to cook and a pool for when we wanted to cool off with a quick dip. The locals that lived there were friendly and provided recommendations for tours and restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable perfect 1st vacation for my family that hasn't vacationed in some time.

  First, my family and i loved the condo. The rental is through a realty group. This made the whole process formal and simple. The location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach and to the great bars/restaurants on the board walk. Beds are very comfortable and everything works as it should.
  
  Couple of things to know.
  
  The unit is accessed through a key pad, the code is given to you the day of check in and you need to pick up your parking passes at the realtor. There are two locks on the front door. You will only have the ability to unlock the key pad lock. The keyed lock is very sensitive and if you accidentally lock it (as my kids did) on the way out you are locked out and will need to pay a $25 lock out fee for the realtor to bring the key. This is not a complaint but rather just a heads up for those with young kids who may accidentally lock it. Double check the door on the way out.
  
  If you are traveling with young kids (mine are 1 and 2) this unit is not super easy to baby proof. Not a deal breaker at all but just something worth noting.

  We came into town to enjoy the SITW Festival and this property exceeded our expectation it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of space, great location, unit had everything you could think of as if we were at home. Neighbors were very welcoming and nice. Amber at the main office was extremely nice and helpful as well. We are hoping to reserve for the last weekend in April the 24th -27th again and make this vacation a family tradition.
