  Great location. Quiet dead end with a 711 just steps away. Not on the busiest end of the strip. 3 blocks from neptunes statue. The apartment is exactly as shown. No frills just quaint living near the beach. The back yard was great for a bbq or just reading a book. Anchor reality was very friendly and helpful.will definietly be booking with them again.

  It was much smaller than the pictures make it look if you have more than 3 to 4 people do not use this place it is crammed, crowded, and inconvenient to anything you try to do. Asidefrom the size we had a good time but the rainy days it was just to crowded and to stressful to deal with when your supposed to be relaxing we stayed an entire week and half my group left earlybecause the sleeping arrangements were kind of ******.

  The place was cozy to stay and close to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. When my family and I arrived to the house (apartment) was not fully cleaned. We found sand on each individual bed and had to call for new bed covers. We also found sand all over the floor. Clean crew needs to do a better job in cleaning. The house needs some updates to compare to other houses in the neighborhood. Overall good vacation spot to stay close to the beach.

  Nice little place, very close to the beach (the street is in the middle of everything). You have to know that you don't get all that you see on the picture (it is rented to 3 different groups). Everything is ok, nothing fancy (but who needs it when travelling!). Missing a few basic things in the kitchen. Bathroom fully renovated and clean. There were dogs upstairs, maybe they shouldn't allow pet? There will be a house construction this summer or very soon next to the place. Be advised ! Parking in front on the street.

  All the Anchor Realty employees were amazing and so helpful with everything we needed. The property is within walking distance from the beach, and the backyard is nice to hangout in. Overall stay 5/5, overall experience with Anchor Realty employees 6/5.

  We had a nice family vacation with our grown sons. The place worked good for 4 adults. Any more & would have been over crowded. Would have been nice to have a decent broom & dustpan. Sand is a given but had nothing decent to keep on top if it with. For a place on a budget it was wonderful.

  I truely enjoyed my vacation and the property was in a good location. Short walk from the beach and boardwalk. Close enough to everything and yet the perfect space away from everything. My only complaint is that the bathroom is in need of major repair. The floor is spongy and the toilet leans.

  Small two bedroom cottage. Perfect for small family or couple's getaway. Only two blocks inland from beach and about ten blocks form neptune statue. 7-eleven one block away and plenty of local restaraunts within a few blocks - pizza, ice cream, subway, and nicer ones as well. also a few blocks from a new harris teeter - huge grocery store. three total apartments in house, one beside you and one upstairs. all three used our week but never heard guy staying upstairs and only heard couple beside us when they entered the house, never when they were in their room. only an old futon to sit on in the living room and the bathroom floor def needs to be repaired - toilets rocks like a crib, and no microwave. but all minor things when staying at the beach. overall a great stay for our family. walked a few minutes to get to beach everyday and stayed on a quiet street - no cut through because it dead ends. def would recommend and def want to go back and stay here next year!

  This is a small two bedroom, one bath rental with a small living area and kitchen. It is part of a house that has been divided into three units. The property sits on a street without thru-access so it is very quiet and is a really easy walk to the beach. There is also a 7-11 and Harris Teeter within walking distance, making it easy to get groceriers or morning coffee. This place is not luxurious and you have to either bring your own linens or rent them separately, but it is a GREAT value and was perfect for us!

  Perfect location, only 1 block from the beach. The property was nice and small and accomodated dogs which was most important to us. The bathroom is a little old and might need some re-modeling. The only downside is that the walls are super thin. The tenants next door were very loud well past midnight. You could heard every word they said. The Anchor Realty staff are very professional and courteous. They accomodated us even though we showed up after check in due to traffic.
