  We enjoyed the stay here, place was neat and very convenient for getting around the area. Couple of items...the room air conditioner was very loud and we were given two towels for 5 days so be advised you will need more. Grill is not gas, so you will need charcoal. It is up the stairs so if you are older it may not work for you. Having said all that it was a great place for beaching and strolling the boardwalk.

  This loft actually exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and space. Three young professional ladies occupied this property very comfortably for 4 days. I would definitely book again!

  perfect for 2. my wife and i enjoyed the stay very much. first time away without the kids in 11 yrs. very relaxed quite. parking is kinda rough but we only had to move our car twice because we were within walking distance of the beach and all the great dining around 30th st up. we had a blast!!

  We were very happy with the rental. We had seen reviews stating that it was small, so we were surprised that it was bigger than we expected. Decent size bedroom, small sofa and chair in living room. 2 seat dining table, but there was an extra chair in the closet. Kitchen had a 2 burner hot plate and 2 microwaves, full fridge. Included basic kitchen supplies. The only things we needed were sheets, towels, T.P., paper towels. Very short walk to the beach. Quiet location on 27th street. Rental agency very easy to work with. The only reason I gave 4 stars for how clean it was is because the bathroom rugs had a bit of a urine smell. We actually took the rugs up and hung over the side of the shower instead of using them. Overall, a great value and we have already talked about renting the same place next time we are able to get away.

  This is the perfect vacation spot for a small family. Anchor Realty was extremely easy to work with. They were closed when we arrived but the left a very nice package for us that included the key, some maps and coupons. The little lift was very clean and in very good condition with some nice little furnishings. It was also only two blocks from the beach which was great. We could simply walk to the beach everyday! The only MINOR problem was an ant issue but we contacted the realty company and they fixed right away. Overall, we loved it and plan on coming back again. You just can't beat the convenience and PRICE of this place. I think it's the best value in the area hands down.

  Small, upstairs apartment. Clean and roomy enough. Only complaint was no washer and dryer. Block and a half from the beach. Close to anything you would need.

  The area was perfect! Very close to the beach. The apt was adorable and my husband and I loved spending our honeymoon there. The only thing that I would warn others about would be the fact that the apt one of three in one house. Even so, it was very private, and we never saw the other tenants. I will definitely book this place again!
