This newly renovated in 2021 condo is the perfect destination for your oasis getaway. Located just one block from the beautiful sandy beaches and Boardwalk, you will have easy access to all that Virginia Beach has to offer. The condo features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, perfect for a small family or group of friends.

The unit comes with a well-equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare and enjoy your meals in the comfort of your own space. After a day at the beach, relax in the chic living room and watch your favorite shows on the mounted flat screen TV with HD cable. Each bedroom also has its own TV for added convenience.

The bedding arrangement includes a king bed in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other. Please note that city health rules limit occupancy to 3 persons per bedroom. The linens provided include fresh sheets and pillowcases for each bed, as well as a towel set for each guest. The towel set includes 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth. If you need additional linens, you can rent them through our in-house linen company.

Rest assured that the condo is cleaned with EPA certified cleaning products, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for your stay.

Two parking spaces included. Parking is available with one space in the complex lot and one space in the city garage next door. Parking pass will be in the unit.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this condo.

  Our family had a great time. The property location is great, it is in a very good shape. Booking, checkin and checkout were extremely easy. We liked that all the necessary info was communicated via messages. The only thing is the property is a bit small for a family with two adult kids, but rather than that we enjoyed our week at the beach immensely.

  Property was conveniently located. Management company was receptive to our needs/request. The site does have a public washer/dryer but no detergent (I don’t think the description reads that). The parking is tight but they do offer a parking pass to the garage located directly beside the condo.

  The overall experience was great. It was our first time in Virginia Beach, and did so with three young children (two under two). Very close to the beach (within walking distance). The condo was clean when we arrived, other than typical dust. The kitchen had all the supplies that we would need. It was newly remodeled, which was a little different than what we had planned, but everything worked out. My biggest complaint was that we were surprised with no dressers, but made it work. The parking was pretty messy at points, too.

  The location of this rental is top notch if you're looking for a great beach experience. You can be at the beach sun bathing on the boardwalk area within 5 minutes of leaving the front door. Or, if the local, less-crowded beach spots are more your thing, you're a short 10 minute drive from local spots like Croatan Beach. Everything is a walk away. The only downfall is the beds are a little rough.

  The location was excellent the property was awesome. We did have a couple of concerns in the beginning but everything was addressed once we reached out to the property management team. I would suggest a swifer mop in the property for cleaning the sand is difficult to maintain with a broom alone. Also would suggest a TV in the Master bedroom especially when a family is staying in the unit one TV is challenging to share. Overall I would stay again.

  The best thing about the rental is the location. We appreciated the functional kitchen and practical bedrooms. As with other reviews, we found the floors quite dirty which was not great for little kids who wanted room to play. Wifi did not work for us despite having the passcode. We called, were told to complete an online form, then got an email asking us to call to make an appointment to fix it. Since it was the last day, we did not bother calling again.

  The rental was great for location 2 minute walk to beach not over crowded well maintained. rental was ready early so that was nice. negatives master bedroom (no tv and bed very uncomfortable) but other than that it was great had six people and it accomidated us bed wise but not enough table settings only 4. I would stay again for sure.

  The property location was exactly as described. No view but very close to the boardwalk (9th/10th street). I would describe everything as average. The kitchenette had the basics and was clean. The furniture was new and updated in the living room. The bathroom was small, functional but tub was very slow to drain. The overall appearance was that it was clean however I would describe the floors as filthy. My feet were black walking from the bedroom to the bathroom and had dirt and sand all over them from the day of our arrival. However, the biggest complaint we had was the bed in the master bedroom. It was the squeakiest most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. If you are hoping to have your kids have their own room while you and your partner enjoy some quiet time in your master bedroom this condo is not for you. Highly recommend that the property managers replace the entire bed and mop/steam the floors not just vacuum them. Also, the lock on the front door was loose but once we figured out the trick to it the operation was fine.

  My family of 5 stayed in this condo in July 2014. It was a nice condo, about 5 minutes to the beach. The condo had enough beds for my family, which was nice. The mattresses and pillows, however, could have been better. The kitchen had almost everything you need to cook the meals. The price was good. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this condo to family and friends.

  Overall a good experience, but the condo could use some sprucing up. The condo was in a great location, right in the resort area. Great for parking the car and walking to everything. The amenities are so-so. The TV barely works, whatever service they are using would cut in and out every few minutes, which was annoying. Then there were other small things that would have made the place more comfortable like a bathmat in the bathroom, a towel rack in the bathroom, bed side tables (on BOTH sides of the bed), and better lighting (one of the lamps in the living room was positioned next to a disabled outlet!). Also, the after hours check-in procedure was confusing. Upon arriving at the office, our 'welcome packet' was locked inside a mailbox outside of the office. Were we supposed to have a key to get into the mailbox? If so, we didn't. It's lucky I have skinny little arms and was able to reach into the slot and pull out the packet (my husband wasn't able to do this.) However, inside the mailbox we found welcome packets for many other guests as well. We felt uncomfortable knowing that other guests were able to look at our welcome packet (and vice versa). Also, in our packet, there were instructions saying that the key to the property would be in the packet. We did not find a key. There was a note attached that stated a lock box code, but no further instructions. We did not know if the lock box code was in lieu of a key, or if the key was missing from the packet. We called the after hours hotline and left a message. We really didn't want to drive over to the condo and then discover we were in fact missing the key, but after waiting for about 15 minutes for somebody to call us back, we decided to take our chances and drove over. Thankfully, this unit used only the lock box code (no key needed), but we wished that had been stated explicitly in our welcome packet.

  The condo was more or less as described, newly refurbished, modern looking, not too small, not too big, just right for our family, two adults and two children; though there was plenty of sleeping space for families with more kids. The bathroom looks nicer in the picture than in reality, it is not that new, except for the tiles on the bathtub area, the rest needs some work. One main concern was the noise of the air conditioner in the master bedroom, making it difficult to have a proper rest during the night. Also, even though the closets were very spacious, it was not possible to use them as there was not even a single hanger; we just put the suitcases in there, with the clothes piled up on the armchair - not very practical. The kitchen also was not well equipped; we ended up buying knives - the ones in the house did not cut well, and also pans for the oven - there was none in the house.
